Client accounts have Spokk's name and logo taken off their feedback forms, customer portal and emails, and carry the client's logo and colours instead. Give a client their own domain and the links in their texts and emails use it too. Two things can still show Spokk today: links for a client without their own domain, which use a spokk.io address, and the sign-in code email the client's staff receive.

Client accounts connect their own Twilio account, or another SMS provider we support, so message costs are billed directly at cost, with no markup from us. Emails are sent for you. A few AI features, such as suggested replies to Google reviews and voice feedback, run on your own OpenAI key.
